Your Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and highly driven Director of Operations to lead operational performance, infrastructure, and field execution across all service markets within the organization. This executive-level role is responsible for driving operational excellence, improving profitability, developing leadership teams, and building scalable systems to support continued company growth. The Director of Operations will work closely with executive leadership to oversee regional performance, strengthen accountability, improve technician and management development, and ensure operational consistency company-wide.
This role will play a critical part in shaping the operational future of the organization as the company continues to scale across existing and future markets. The Director of Operations will oversee Regional Managers and operational support functions while helping shape company strategy related to staffing, routing, budgeting, service quality, operational efficiency, and overall company performance.
Provide strategic leadership, coaching, and accountability to Regional Managers and operational leadership teams
Drive operational consistency, service quality, and customer experience across all locations
Own and improve key operational KPIs including technician productivity, revenue per route, retention, reservices, cancellations, customer satisfaction, and overhead performance
Develop and implement scalable operational systems, infrastructure, processes, and performance standards to support company growth
Partner with executive leadership on budgeting, P&L performance, operational forecasting, staffing strategy, and growth planning
Drive branch profitability through labor management, route optimization, overhead control, and operational efficiency
Strengthen manager accountability and leadership development throughout the organization
Ensure company protocols, service standards, safety expectations, licensing requirements, and operational procedures are consistently followed
Identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement across all markets
Partner closely with training and leadership teams to improve technician development and reduce service-related trends
Lead operational audits, branch evaluations, and field oversight initiatives as needed
Support route optimization, staffing allocation, and scheduling effectiveness across all service locations
Provide oversight and strategic direction for fleet and warehouse operations as applicable
Regular travel between branch locations and field environments is required
Foster a high-performance, accountable, and growth-oriented culture throughout the organization

Requirements:
Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record is required
Minimum of 5 years of executive-level operational leadership experience within the pest control industry (must be listed on resume to include company name and title)
Pest control industry experience required
Proven experience overseeing multi-location or multi-branch operations, leadership teams, and large-scale operational performance is required
Florida Certified Pest Control Operator license preferred, or ability to obtain through reciprocal/out-of-state licensing eligibility
Strong financial and operational acumen with experience managing budgets, operational planning, P&L performance, and key business metrics
Demonstrated ability to improve productivity, retention, operational efficiency, profitability, and leadership accountability
Exceptional leadership, communication, coaching, organizational development, and problem-solving skill
Ability to influence operational strategy and collaborate directly with executive leadership
Comfortable working in field environments, including attics and crawl spaces as needed
