e RoleThe Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operational performance of technical teams supporting installation, commissioning, service delivery, troubleshooting, and customer success within mission-critical environ

ments.You will work cross-functionally with engineering, commissioning, service, and project teams to ensure seamless execution while driving operational excellence, technical quality, and customer satisfa

ction.The ideal candidate will come f rom a controls-first back ground and have deep knowled ge of HVAC/BMS systems in critical enviro nments, particularly within data centers, industrial cooling, or complex mechanical sy

stems.
