Director of Operations

About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Director of Operations to lead and optimize our logistics, fulfillment, and operational functions. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with ERP systems, parcel shipping operations, and logistics management. Military leadership experience is highly preferred. Experience with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day operational activities across logistics, fulfillment, and distribution.
  • Develop and execute operational strategies to improve efficiency, service levels, and profitability.
  • Oversee parcel shipping operations, carrier management, and fulfillment performance.
  • Manage ERP system utilization and continuous process improvements.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs for operational performance.
  • Drive inventory accuracy, warehouse efficiency, and shipping optimization.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to support company growth objectives.
  • Build, mentor, and lead high-performing operations teams.
  • Implement Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
  • Support EOS implementation and accountability systems throughout the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7+ years of operations leadership experience.
  • Proven experience managing ERP systems.
  • Strong logistics, fulfillment, and parcel shipping experience required.
  • Experience leading multi-functional teams.
  • Military leadership background preferred.
  • Experience with EOS preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred Experience

  • Distribution, e-commerce, manufacturing, or logistics environments.
  • Carrier management (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, etc.).
  • Warehouse management and inventory control.
  • Process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
