We specialize in data-driven acquisitions, complex deal structures (probate, distressed, etc.), and building scalable systems across multiple markets. Our goal is to build a $100M+ real estate organization over the next 5 years.
Role Description
We are hiring a Director of Operations & Business Analytics to take full ownership of our data, systems, and operational performance. This is a high-impact leadership role sitting at the intersection of operations, data analytics, AI implementation, and revenue optimization, working directly with the CEO, COO, and Sales Director. This role is not just about managing systems — it is about building a smarter, faster, AI-driven organization. You will be responsible for designing and executing how AI is integrated into every layer of the business, including lead generation, data processing, sales workflows, decision-making, and internal operations.
MUST BE BASED IN FLORIDA
Key Responsibilities
- Own all company data: sourcing, structure, accuracy, and usability
- Build and manage KPI dashboards across all departments
- Implement attribution tracking to identify top-performing channels
- Optimize CRM systems, workflows, and automation
- Eliminate bottlenecks in deal flow and reduce inefficiencies
- Increase conversion rates across all stages of the sales funnel
- Improve revenue per lead and overall unit economics
- Lead all AI strategy and implementation across the organization — this is a core function of this role, not a secondary responsibility
- Train and upskill internal teams on AI tools and how to leverage them daily
- Create & Standardize SOPs and build scalable systems
- Work with Sales Director to improve lead quality and flow
- Manage and optimize the research, data, marketing departments
- Direct infrastructure for expansion into new markets
- Improve employee productivity

- Able to translate AI capabilities into real business outcomes and communicate them clearly to leadership and staff
First Year Compensation
- Base Salary: $80,000 – $110,000
- Company Performance Bonuses
- Strategic Impact Bonuses based on measurable improvements
- Total Compensation Potential: $96,000 – $132,000
- Compensation Based on Experience
Pay: $96,000.00 - $132,000.00 per year
