The Director of Operations Education oversees the design, coordination, and delivery of education programs that strengthen frontline performance and operational consistency across Solis centers and Contact Center. This role ensures patient care centric roles receive high-quality, consistent, and role-relevant education that supports team member performance and organizational goals.

Here is what you will need:
- Prior experience in healthcare, outpatient services, or clinical operations required.
- Experienced Solis Center Director preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in operations leadership, team leadership, and managing multiple initiatives or projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in business, education, healthcare administration, or related field preferred.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and translate findings into actionable education solutions.
- Plans, organizes, and manages multiple initiatives with attention to detail and results orientation.
- Builds strong, trust-based partnerships across departments to align learning with operational goals.
- Delivers on commitments with accuracy, timeliness, and operational discipline.
- Recognizes the link between learning, performance, and business outcomes; seeks opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Strong desire to facilitate performance and learning success and demonstrated track record of improving performance.

A Day in the Life of a Director of Operations Education:
- Provide services and support for the following areas:
- Team Leadership
- Provide day-to-day leadership and direction for operations education programs across centers and the Contact Center.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of educational specialists and facilitators, fostering consistent delivery, continuous improvement, engagement, and accountability.
- Collaborate with the Senior Director of L&OD on planning, budgeting, and departmental priorities.
- Operations Education
- Oversee education programs for all frontline roles including Patient Access Representatives, Patient Service Representatives, Clinical Assistants, Technologists, and Center Directors.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve onboarding, skills training, and professional development programs that promote operational excellence.
- Partner with Learning Design Specialists to align content, delivery methods, and evaluation with adult learning principles, performance outcomes, and organizational goals.
- Lead the design and implementation of a Center Director Academy to strengthen leadership capability within operations in partnership with Sr. Director of L&OD.
- Facilitate Center Director operations education activities and coordinate education activities led by departmental subject matter experts.
- Maintain alignment between training programs and operational standards, quality goals, and service excellence initiatives.
- Measure and evaluate training impact on operational performance, quality, and team member engagement.
- M&A / Joint Venture Integration and Education
- Manage and coordinate education activities for centers acquired through joint ventures and acquisitions.
- Execute education activities and programs and provide onsite and virtual support before, during, and post-acquisition for Center Directors.
- Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operational integration and consistent education delivery.
- Partner with key stakeholders across departments (Operations, HR, IT, Clinical, Compliance, etc.) to align learning initiatives with integration milestones and performance metrics.
- Ensure that education supports workflow standardization, brand consistency, and performance readiness at go-live.
- Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
- Partner with operations and functional leaders to identify process and performance improvement opportunities.
- Develop and recommend training-based and process-driven solutions that enhance productivity, service quality, and team effectiveness.
- Execute and maintain the Center Competency Framework and associated assessment tools/checklists in collaboration with the Clinical Education Program Manager.
- Track competency attainment, skills validation, and compliance across center roles.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, incorporating performance metrics and learner feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage multiple education initiatives simultaneously, ensuring milestones, timelines, and deliverables are achieved.
