Role Summary

We are looking for a Director of Operations to accelerate execution across all 30N companies, improve speed and efficiency, strengthen team structures, and ensure high-quality delivery across projects.

This is a group-level leadership role for someone who is hands-on, fast, organized, and able to build operational systems in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

·      Oversee daily operations across all subsidiaries.

·      Create workflows, processes, and systems that ensure speed, quality, and consistency.

·      Monitor progress of teams and projects; remove obstacles and ensure deadlines are met.

·      Assess current team structure and lead recruitment for key positions across the group.

·      Set KPIs, performance evaluation systems, and accountability frameworks.

·      Coordinate with digital media, production, creative, and client service teams.

·      Introduce tools for project management and reporting.

·      Present weekly operational updates to the Group CEO and chairman

·      Align operational priorities with each company’s business goals.

·      Standardize systems while allowing flexibility for each subsidiary’s needs.

·      Facilitate information flow and communication across teams.

Qualifications

·      5+ years of experience in operations, project management, or agency management.

·      Background in media, events, marketing agencies, consulting, or fast-paced industries.

·      Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

·      Ability to manage multiple teams and deadlines simultaneously.

·      Proven experience in building teams and improving workflows.
