Job Description:
We are a fast-growing boutique real estate brokerage in Central Florida seeking an experienced Director of Operations to oversee day-to-day operations and help scale our team. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and excels at building systems that allow a team of agents to focus on sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily operations of the brokerage
- Implement and maintain systems, processes, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Oversee Transaction Coordinators, Administrative staff, and Finance/Bookkeeping functions
- Coordinate with Sales Manager and Marketing Director to drive productivity and growth
- Manage licensing, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Lead hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives
- Optimize workflows to ensure excellent client experience and agent efficiency
- Report key metrics and KPIs to the owner/CEO
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in real estate operations, brokerage management, or related leadership role
- Strong understanding of real estate transactions, licensing, and compliance
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Proficient in real estate software (MLS, CRM, DocuSign, Dotloop, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a team effectively
