Director of Operations – Real Estate Brokerage

Job Description:

We are a fast-growing boutique real estate brokerage in Central Florida seeking an experienced Director of Operations to oversee day-to-day operations and help scale our team. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and excels at building systems that allow a team of agents to focus on sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee daily operations of the brokerage
  • Implement and maintain systems, processes, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Oversee Transaction Coordinators, Administrative staff, and Finance/Bookkeeping functions
  • Coordinate with Sales Manager and Marketing Director to drive productivity and growth
  • Manage licensing, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Lead hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives
  • Optimize workflows to ensure excellent client experience and agent efficiency
  • Report key metrics and KPIs to the owner/CEO

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in real estate operations, brokerage management, or related leadership role
  • Strong understanding of real estate transactions, licensing, and compliance
  • Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • Proficient in real estate software (MLS, CRM, DocuSign, Dotloop, etc.)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a team effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
