Director of Operations - Residential Cleaning

Duties

• Lead and manage all aspects of residential cleaning operations, ensuring seamless service delivery across multiple locations or service areas
• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business expansion
• Oversee recruitment, training, and development of management teams and frontline staff to foster a high-performance culture
• Drive process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and enhance service quality
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor operational metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded
• Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and partners to secure favorable terms that support business growth
• Lead business development efforts by identifying new market opportunities and building strong client relationships
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely execution of initiatives
• Foster a culture of leadership, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the organization

Requirements

• Proven management experience within the residential cleaning or related service industry with a track record of leading large teams or operations
• Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans
• Demonstrated experience in senior leadership roles involving operations management, process improvement, and business development
• Excellent negotiation skills to build partnerships and secure advantageous agreements
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies for overseeing complex initiatives
