We are driven by a single mission: to educate and empower diverse learners to achieve lifelong success. Results Learning LLC is an educational services company with over 21 years of experience delivering academic intervention, special education solutions, Title I tutoring, and executive functioning services to K-12 schools across Arizona and Colorado. We are growing, and we are looking for the right leader to grow with us.
We are seeking a high-performing Director of Specialized Services to lead and scale our Specialized Services division. This is a business operator role, not a traditional education director role. You will own the full performance of your division, including team leadership, service quality, revenue growth, and financial outcomes. We are looking for someone who has run a business unit or division before and knows what it takes to build one.
You will lead a team of educators and related service providers and be accountable for results. The Specialized Services division delivers core Special education academic support across reading, writing, math, as well as related services including Occupational Therapy (OT), Speech-Language Pathology, and Mental Health services. We have built strong systems, a clear culture, and an EOS operating framework to support you. Your job is to lead within those and raise the bar on what this division can achieve.
