DIRECTOR OF OUTPATIENT SERVICES

The Director of Outpatient Services is responsible for the clinical oversight for all outpatient therapy services. The Director manages all activities involving outpatient referrals from initial call through completion of treatment plans, coordinating caseloads, developing and managing the outpatient staff, and marketing the program. This goal for this position is to maximize referral potentials from assigned accounts, and develop new business to achieve the goals and objectives of the business developmental systems.

Qualifications:

Education: Master’s Degree from an accredited university in the field of social work, counseling, psychology, or another mental health related field.

Experience: Five (5) years’ experience in a psychiatric health-care facility, preferred.

Licensure: Current LPC, LCSW, LMFT or RN Clinical Nurse Specialist in Psychiatric Mental Health (license issued by the State of Texas).

Additional Requirements: A strong knowledge of regulatory and accreditation agencies’ regulations, and patient rights standards and all other applicable federal and state laws regulating mental health care facilities. CPR and Handle With Care training as outlined in the New Hire policy must be completed before providing direct care services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $87,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
