About the Job:

PURPOSE STATEMENT:

The Director of the Outpatient Services provides the leadership and strategic planning of the outpatient programs offered at the facility including the direction, management and supervision of day-to-day operations of the clinical programming and the clinical staff for the partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient program, ensuring programs meet the client needs, the facility's performance goals and objectives, and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include outpatient program development, family programing, oversight of the outpatient therapists, integrative therapies and client engagement.

Roles and Responsibilities:

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Nursing, or related field
• Active clinical license in the state (e.g., LCSW, LMHC, etc.)
• 4+ years of clinical experience working with relevant patient populations
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in a clinical setting
• Strong knowledge of clinical best practices, compliance, and regulatory standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

What You’ll Do

Clinical Leadership & Oversight

• Oversee all clinical programming to ensure quality, compliance, and alignment with client needs
• Provide guidance on treatment planning, interventions, and care coordination
• Review caseloads, clinical documentation, and service delivery for quality and effectiveness
• Participate in treatment team meetings and support clinical decision-making

Program Development & Operations

• Lead program operations, including strategic planning, growth initiatives, and budgeting
• Develop and implement new programs based on client and market needs
• Ensure workflows and procedures align with organizational standards and regulatory requirements
• Support discharge planning and aftercare to ensure continuity of care

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of clinical professionals
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management
• Provide ongoing clinical supervision, consultation, and support to staff
• Foster a collaborative, engaged, and high-performing team environment

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure all documentation meets regulatory and accreditation standards
• Conduct chart audits for quality and completeness
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and applicable regulations
