Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Media Director to lead our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance marketing and a proven track record of managing successful media campaigns across various platforms. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive media strategies that align with business objectives.
- Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook Advertising.
- Oversee performance marketing initiatives, ensuring effective budget allocation and ROI analysis.
- Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO tools to enhance organic search visibility.
- Implement conversion optimization techniques to improve user engagement and sales on e-commerce sites.
- Utilize Google Analytics and web analytics tools to track campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
- Coordinate social media management efforts across various channels, including Twitter Ads.
- Lead media buying and planning processes to maximize reach and impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all digital platforms.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continually refine marketing strategies.
Experience
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing, SEM, and media buying.
- Strong knowledge of Google AdWords, DoubleClick, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant tools.
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing strategies and budgeting processes.
- Experience in managing social media campaigns with a focus on conversion optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data using Google Analytics and other web analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
