Position Summary
NCJW seeks a Director of People and Culture to play a pivotal role in shaping and fostering the organizational culture at NCJW. This senior leadership position is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, develop, and retain a diverse and talented and growing national workforce. The Director will work closely with executive leadership to align human resources practices with NCJW's mission and values, ensuring a positive and inclusive workplace where every member of the organization can thrive. As a key representative of NCJW, the Director will be responsible for modeling the organization’s values and making decisions that prioritize the overall health, effectiveness, and reputation of the organization. They will be values-driven, agile, curious, and foster an environment of joy and collaboration while ensuring the organization is following best practices and applicable laws. The Director will report to the Executive Vice President.

Salary range: $120,000-$140,000 — commensurate with experience
Paid Federal and Jewish Holidays.
