● Budget Management—Oversee and allocate a multi-million dollar performance marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal ROAS and lifetime value (LTV) for new customers.

● Partner with analytics and finance teams to align marketing strategies and spend with Company margin and profitability goals.

● Take ownership of the performance marketing function, driving strategy, execution, and optimization while collaborating cross-functionally to foster a culture of testing, iteration, and data-driven decision-making.

● Channel Optimization—Drive continuous improvement in key metrics (CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate, AOV) through rigorous A/B testing as possible, audience segmentation, and creative optimization across all campaigns.

● Analytics & Reporting—Establish a robust measurement framework, own performance reporting and forecasting, and clearly communicate results, insights, and strategic recommendations to the executive team and cross-functional partners.

● SEO/SEM Strategy—Oversee the holistic SEO strategy (technical, on-page, off-page) and search engine marketing efforts to maximize organic visibility and paid search efficiency.

● Cross-Functional Collaboration—Work closely with the eCommerce, Merchandising, and Technology teams to ensure seamless customer experience, optimize landing pages for conversion, and integrate new marketing technologies.

● Marketing Technology and Data Systems — Partner with internal development and data teams to refine and enhance our custom marketing systems for improved efficiency, tracking accuracy, and personalization.

● Mission-Driven Growth—Ensure all high-volume, high-efficiency marketing campaigns are executed in a manner that reinforces and authentically communicates BWB’s Purpose and Pillars.

● Competitive Intelligence—Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and evolving advertising platforms to identify and act on new opportunities for growth.

● AI and Industry Innovation—Continuously monitor and assess how advances in AI are reshaping performance marketing and SEO, identifying and testing new tools, automation opportunities, and best practices to drive growth.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

● Deep, hands-on expertise in managing and scaling performance marketing channels, particularly Google Ads (Search & Shopping) and Paid Social (Meta).

● Proficient understanding of SEO principles, execution, and its interdependence with content and technical website performance.

● Exceptional analytical skills with a proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business strategies.

● Advanced proficiency in web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics 4) and data visualization tools.

● Proven ability to manage significant marketing budgets and deliver high ROAS.

● Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience developing high-performing teams.
