The Impact You’ll Make

As our Director of Planning & Scheduling, you’ll architect and lead a strategic overhaul of our scheduling and planning function across multiple facilities. You’ll define how we manage demand, optimize production, and deliver on customer commitments. This role is critical to both short-term efficiency and long-term strategic alignment.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide scheduling and planning strategies
• Lead a high-performing team of planners and schedulers across functions
• Oversee integration of systems and tools for scheduling, S&OP, and forecasting
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to align on priorities
• Present performance insights and improvement plans to executive leadership
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives with measurable impact

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in planning, scheduling, or supply chain leadership
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field
• Expertise with ERP/scheduling systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Track record of leading cross-functional teams in complex environments
• Strategic thinker with a bias toward action and results
