Director of Preconstruction

We’re seeking a Director of Preconstruction to lead our preconstruction team and support successful project delivery from preconstruction through project start-up. This role will oversee estimates, budgets, schedules, value engineering, constructability analysis, proposal support, client presentations, staffing, resource allocation, and the smooth transition from preconstruction to construction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management/Precon experience
• Bachelor's Degree
• Strong leadership, estimating, value engineering, and constructability skills
• Proficiency with Bluebeam, Procore, BIM 360, or similar tools
• Strong communication, analytical, and team management skills
