Director of Presby Preschool

Presby Preschool Director Job Description:

The Presby Preschool Director shall have a passion for working with children, a 4 year degree in early childhood education, and successful supervisory experience, and a growing Christian faith with membership in an evangelical church. The director will work closely with the Preschool Board and the Warsaw Evangelical Presbyterian Church (WEPC) senior pastor to lead a quality Christian preschool program as a ministry of WEPC. Therefore, it is desired that the Preschool Director will be(come) a member of WEPC.

As the school leader, the Director shall project the philosophy of Presby Preschool: to assist parents in raising godly children, to teach every child God's love, to share His love with their classmates and to grow in every area of development: intellectual , social, spiritual, and physical. The Director will possess expertise in business management , staff development , communication skills and marketing. Two to five years of experience teaching in a preschool setting id highly desirable.

Pay: $45,002.38 - $54,196.41 per year
