Director of Preschool

We are seeking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Director for our newest preschool location in Texas that will be opening this spring. As the Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our preschool, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow. This is a leadership role that requires strong management skills, educational expertise, and strategic planning abilities.

Duties:

- Manage all aspects of the preschool, including staff supervision, curriculum development, and program implementation

- Provide leadership and guidance to teachers and support staff

- Develop and maintain positive relationships with parents and families

- Ensure compliance with all licensing regulations and accreditation standards

- Conduct regular assessments of student progress and provide feedback to parents

- Collaborate with teachers to develop age-appropriate lesson plans and activities

- Implement effective strategies for behavior management and classroom discipline

- Oversee budgeting and financial management for the preschool

- Coordinate professional development opportunities for staff

- Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, following all health and safety protocols

Skills:

- Strong educational background in early childhood education or a related field

- Proven experience in education administration or a similar leadership role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to effectively manage a team of teachers and support staff

- Proficiency in strategic planning and organizational development

- Knowledge of budgeting and financial management principles

- Familiarity with licensing regulations and accreditation standards for preschools

Salary:

60,000 + Bonus
