Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of Preschool to lead our early childhood education program with enthusiasm and strategic insight. Duties
- Develop and implement innovative curriculum plans that promote holistic growth, creativity, and foundational skills for preschool-aged children
- Lead strategic planning initiatives to enhance program quality, expand community outreach, and support organizational goals
- Manage budgets effectively to ensure resource allocation aligns with program priorities and sustainability goals
- Daily teaching/Supervision for 3-4 year olds.
- Oversee classroom activities to ensure compliance with safety standards, licensing requirements, and educational best practices
- Cultivate relationships with families through regular communication, parent meetings, and community events to foster trust and engagement
- Lead fundraising efforts by identifying opportunities for grants, donations, and partnerships that support program growth and enrichment activities
- Represent the preschool in public speaking engagements, community forums, and educational conferences to promote the program’s mission and achievements
Experience
- Proven senior leadership experience in education administration or early childhood program management
- Background in classroom teaching with direct working experience with preschool-aged children
- Demonstrated success in curriculum development tailored to early childhood development standards
- Strong management skills with experience supervising staff, managing budgets, and overseeing daily operations
- Experience in strategic planning, fundraising initiatives, and building community partnerships
- Excellent communication skills for public speaking, stakeholder engagement, and team collaboration
- Prior experience in managing compliance with licensing regulations and safety protocols in educational settings
- Prior experience preferred with UPK and guidelines of running a preschool within a school district.

Pay: From $34,500.00 per year
