Director of Process Engineering

JCW is looking to hire an experienced Process Engineering leader to join a growing life sciences company in one of its most important manufacturing facilities. This is a high-impact leadership role at a site experiencing significant growth, with real runway to set direction and make your mark. You'll be responsible for a team of 15 engineers overseeing the full equipment lifecycle from commissioning through qualification, driving continuous improvement, and partnering cross-functionally with manufacturing/quality to keep the site performing at a high (and safe) level.

What We Need

• Degree in Chemical Engineering and 10+ years of Engineering experience are non-negotiable
• Experience in biopharma, biologics, or life sciences manufacturing
• Hands-on/in the field engineering style — this is not a desk role
• Proven leadership chops with the ability to motivate and inspire.
