Our U.S. headquarters, based in Newport Beach, California, oversees operations, supply chain management, and expansion strategy throughout North America.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Procurement to lead Bingz USA’s sourcing and purchasing operations.
This role will oversee supplier management, cost optimization, and supply chain efficiency across all U.S. operations — with a particular emphasis on meat procurement, including beef, pork, and chicken.
The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of the food supply chain, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and manage reliable vendor partnerships to support Bingz’s rapid U.S. expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies for key food ingredients, packaging, and equipment, with a strong focus on meat products (beef, pork, and chicken).
• Source and manage relationships with domestic and international suppliers, distributors, and processors.
• Negotiate long-term supply agreements to ensure consistent quality, price stability, and reliable supply.
• Monitor market trends, commodity prices, and logistics costs to proactively manage purchasing risks.
• Collaborate with the Operations, Central Kitchen, and R&D teams to align procurement with production and menu innovation.
• Establish supplier performance metrics and conduct regular quality audits.
• Lead and mentor a small procurement team supporting multi-state restaurant operations.
• Coordinate with finance and logistics teams to optimize inventory levels, transportation efficiency, and cost reporting.
• Ensure compliance with USDA and food safety regulations related to meat and poultry sourcing, handling, and distribution.
• Identify, qualify, and onboard new suppliers to strengthen Bingz’s regional and national sourcing capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of procurement or supply chain experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or director-level role.
• Proven expertise in meat procurement, including beef, pork, and chicken, is required.
• Strong understanding of food manufacturing, cold chain logistics, and vendor quality control.
• Excellent negotiation, contract management, and cost analysis skills.
• Effective communication and relationship management abilities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership, analytical thinking, and organizational skills in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
• Experience in restaurant chains, food production, or QSR/fast-casual sectors preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required (Supply Chain Management, Food Science, or related field).
• U.S. work authorization required.
