Job Summary:

We are seeking a Director of Product Management – Managed Services to lead the strategy, innovation, and growth of our Managed Services portfolio. This role will shape the vision, roadmap, and execution of offerings that span Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, Backup/DR, and Application services—ensuring that every solution we deliver is competitive, profitable, and built for scale.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the overall Managed Services product vision and strategy aligned with company goals and market opportunity.
  • Build and maintain a multi-year product roadmap across all Managed Service offerings, ensuring alignment with emerging technologies and evolving customer needs.
  • Lead pricing strategy, margin optimization, and cost management to maintain profitability and financial performance.
  • Standardize product documentation, SLAs, and service definitions to ensure consistent quality and delivery across all offerings.
  • Partner with Engineering and Operations to drive standardization of delivery processes, tools, and technology stacks.
  • Identify automation and scalability opportunities to increase operational efficiency and improve time-to-value for customers.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to define go-to-market strategies, build sales enablement tools, and deliver product training.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Managed Services in strategic customer and partner engagements.
  • Manage relationships with key technology vendors and distributors, negotiating pricing, programs, and alignment of roadmaps with internal product direction.
  • Own product P&L accountability, overseeing pricing models, forecasting, and performance reporting.
  • Partner with Finance to monitor KPIs and ensure managed services offerings meet revenue and margin targets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Service Delivery, Security, and Support teams to ensure offerings meet compliance, security, and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Present product performance updates, risks, and opportunities to Executive Leadership to guide organizational decision-making.
Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of product management or product leadership experience within Managed Services, Cloud, or IT Solutions environments.
  • Proven success developing and executing long-term product strategies that drive innovation, scalability, and profitability.
  • Deep understanding of the Managed Services Provider (MSP) ecosystem—including Infrastructure, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Business Continuity solutions.
  • Strong financial acumen with direct experience managing product P&L, pricing structures, and forecasting.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead product standardization initiatives across multiple service lines and operational teams.
  • Experience partnering with Engineering and Operations to optimize service delivery frameworks and implement automation.
  • Skilled in vendor and partner management, with a proven track record of negotiating strategic relationships and aligning vendor roadmaps to business goals.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to influence across all organizational levels.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate complex technical offerings into clear, customer-centric value propositions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
