We are looking for a Director of Product to lead our product vision, strategy, and execution. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will work directly with engineering, design, and business teams to define and deliver world-class digital products.

What You’ll Do

• Define and own the overall product strategy and roadmap across multiple digital products
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, design, development, launch, and optimization
• Collaborate closely with engineering, UX/UI, data, and business stakeholders
• Translate business goals into clear product requirements and technical priorities
• Drive Agile product development processes and ensure timely delivery
• Use data, analytics, and user feedback to guide product decisions
• Manage and mentor product managers and cross-functional teams
• Identify market opportunities and drive innovation across SaaS and enterprise solutions
• Align product vision with company growth and regional expansion goals

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Leadership roles
• 3+ years in a senior leadership role (Head of Product / Director level preferred)
• Strong experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or digital transformation products
• Proven track record of launching and scaling successful tech products
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Data-driven mindset with experience using product analytics tools
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
