Director of Project Finance

Bluecon SA Oman is seeking a Director of Project Finance to lead and oversee financial planning, structuring, and management of projects. The role involves developing financial models, managing funding strategies, and ensuring the financial viability of projects in alignment with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project finance strategy and execution across multiple projects
• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts
• Structure financing solutions and manage relationships with lenders and investors
• Conduct financial analysis, risk assessment, and due diligence
• Monitor project performance and ensure compliance with financial agreements
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support project delivery

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project finance or corporate finance
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Experience in structuring and negotiating financing arrangements
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
