SALARY RANGE: $81,375-$104,625
POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Director of Properties is a key leadership role responsible for the strategic oversight and operational management of the organization’s entire property portfolio, physical assets, and facilities. This director will integrate property management, maintenance, fleet management, and facilities operations to ensure safe, compliant, and cost-effective environments that support the non-profit's mission. A critical component of this role involves strategic planning for growth, assessing potential future development opportunities, and ensuring compliance as well as management of the organization's affordable housing units.
