We’re hiring a PR & Influence Director to lead and grow our PR & Influence capability in Qatar , based in Doha . This is a high-profile leadership role with strategic, operational, and commercial responsibilities.

You’ll be part of the Agency Leadership Team , shaping the future of PR & Influence in Qatar and contributing to the regional practice. Your mission: drive growth, elevate our offering, and position Memac Ogilvy as the most compelling PR partner in the market.

• Drive growth by positioning our PR capability in the market and winning new clients.
• Capability & Strategic Expansion
• Enhance current services and introduce new offerings aligned with regional and global ambitions.

• Proven leadership of large, diverse teams.
• Extensive PR agency experience at a senior level.
• Expertise across Corporate & Consumer PR, Influence, First Earned Campaigns, Risk & Crisis Management, and Public Affairs.
• Strong commercial acumen and a track record of revenue growth.
• Gravitas to engage and advise C-suite clients.
• Operational excellence and experience driving modern, efficient ways of working.
• Passion for people development and agency-wide talent growth.
• Middle East market experience is a strong advantage.
