Director of Quality Assurance

We are partnered with an innovative organisation in the biologics space who are seeking a Director of Quality Assurance to head up their QA function at their site in San Diego. This organisation is undergoing a period of transformation as they seek to commercialise their operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee QA operations at facility, driving a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
• Lead, mentor and coach a team composed of quality professionals
• Provide high quality leadership and support the Site Quality Head as the organisation grows

Job Requirements

• Proven leadership experience within QA operations in a GMP environment
• Experience operating in mature environments, preferably commercial stage
• Life Sciences degree preferred although not essential
