Job Purpose
To lead and manage the full spectrum of real estate operations including development, construction, commercial performance (marketing & sales), financial management, and shared services coordination, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives, profitability targets, and operational excellence.
This role integrates multi-functional leadership to drive sustainable growth, optimize asset value, and deliver high-quality real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Leadership-
Develop and execute the overall real estate strategy aligned with the company’s vision and growth objectives.
- Identify investment opportunities, expansion plans, and portfolio optimization strategies.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on market trends, financial analysis, and operational insights.
2. Development & Construction Management-
Oversee the full lifecycle of real estate projects (feasibility, design, development, construction, and delivery).
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards.
- Manage consultants, contractors, and technical teams.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory, safety, and engineering standards.
3. Commercial (Sales & Marketing)-
Lead sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue, occupancy, and market share.
- Oversee pricing strategies, sales plans, and marketing campaigns.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to drive product positioning.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, brokers, and partners.
4. Financial Management-
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for all real estate projects and operations.
- Monitor project profitability, cash flow, and ROI.
- Collaborate with finance teams on funding strategies and cost optimization.
- Ensure financial compliance, reporting accuracy, and risk management.
5. Shared Services & Operations-
Ensure efficient coordination with shared services functions (HR, IT, Procurement, Legal, etc.).
- Optimize internal processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Oversee vendor management, contracts, and service quality.
- Implement systems and policies that enhance operational performance.
6. Stakeholder & Governance Management-
Report regularly to senior leadership on performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, corporate governance, and internal policies.
- Manage relationships with investors, partners, and regulatory authorities.
7. Team Leadership-
Lead cross-functional teams across development, commercial, and operations.
- Build high-performing teams through coaching, performance management, and talent development.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements-
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 8–10+ years of experience in real estate, with exposure to:
- Development & construction
- Sales & marketing
- Financial management
- Operations / shared services
Proven experience in managing end-to-end real estate projects.
Strong leadership experience (preferably managing cross-functional teams).
