Director of Real Estate Assets

Lions GSC is seeking a Director of Real Estate Assets to oversee and optimize the performance of its property portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic asset management, financial performance, and long-term value creation across all real estate holdings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximize portfolio value
• Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Identify opportunities for acquisitions, disposals, and portfolio optimization
• Manage relationships with stakeholders, tenants, and service providers
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies
• Monitor market trends and provide strategic recommendations

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate asset management or a related field
• Strong financial and analytical skills
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities
• In-depth knowledge of real estate markets and investment strategies
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred)
