To strengthen our leadership team in Salalah, we are seeking an experienced Director of Real Estate Assets to oversee asset portfolios and drive strategic initiatives.

Role Overview

The Director of Real Estate Assets will be responsible for managing the company’s real estate portfolio, ensuring optimal performance, and leading strategies for growth and sustainability. This role requires strong financial acumen, operational expertise, and leadership skills to align asset management with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the management and performance of real estate assets across residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties.
• Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximize returns and long-term value.
• Collaborate with property management, finance, and development teams to ensure operational excellence.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for investment, divestment, or redevelopment.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Prepare detailed reports and present asset performance to senior leadership.
• Lead negotiations with tenants, investors, and stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide asset management staff to achieve excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in real estate asset management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing diverse property portfolios and delivering measurable results.
• Strong knowledge of real estate markets, investment strategies, and asset optimization.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RO2,800.000 per month
