Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily respiratory services and operations
- Supervise, train, and support Respiratory Therapists
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

- Monitor outcomes and support quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- Active Illinois Respiratory Therapist license required
- RRT credential required
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
