MY DR NOW is hiring a Director of Revenue to lead the teams that directly drive our growth. This is a hands-on, in-the-trenches leadership role for someone who shows up every day, leads from the front, and expects excellence.

This role is fully in-office. We’re looking for a leader who believes the best results come from being present, engaged, and shoulder-to-shoulder with their team—not managing from a distance.

What You’ll Own

• Performance of our most critical revenue-generating teams
• Building, scaling, and driving high-output teams and systems
• Daily execution, accountability, and results
• Turning strategy into revenue—fast

Who You Are

• A proven revenue leader with experience in sales, healthcare revenue cycle, or both
• Hungry, competitive, and motivated by growth and outcomes
• A builder who leads from the floor—not an ivory tower
• Comfortable being hands-on and in the details when needed

This is not a passive leadership role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
