Goodside Health is currently seeking a Director of Revenue Cycle Management with both strategic leadership skills and the RCM expertise to drive the optimization of our revenue processes, ensuring sustainable growth and financial health for our organization.
This position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for developing, planning, organizing, and implementing current and future strategies to bill patients and payors, process payments, minimize bad debt, improve cash flow, and manage the overall health of the company’s receivables. This role is also responsible for managing day-to-day activities, including but not limited to, front office services, billing, coding, collections, and accounts receivable.

Our pediatric urgent care line of business, Urgent Care for Kids, was founded in 2011 and operates thirteen clinic locations throughout Texas. We launched our novel SchoolMed offering in 2019 with the aim to advance the delivery of pediatric care. Today, SchoolMed proudly serves more than 1.1 million eligible students and their campus communities though our telehealth and well care programs.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
The annual base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $130,000.
At Goodside Health, compensation is determined based on factors that may include geographic location, skills, education, and experience. In addition to these factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any offer.
