Director of Sales

Urban Nation Apparel is a leading apparel design and manufacturing company specializing in fast fashion for major retailers such as Buckle, Windsor, Fashion Nova, Tilly’s, Hot Topic and many more. With a strong focus on style and sustainability, we have built a reputation for trend forward designs and amazing level of service in our industry. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesperson to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Actively seek out new business opportunities, conduct market research, and identify potential sales channels, both online and offline.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by consistently generating revenue and driving customer satisfaction.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for business growth.
• Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and other administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the apparel industry, preferably in fast fashion.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a focus on generating new business and cultivating long-term relationships.
• In-depth knowledge of apparel products, fabrics, and fashion trends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and build rapport.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for sales and a competitive spirit.
• Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
