At 7 Kings Code, we are looking for an experienced and visionary Director of Sales to lead our growing sales organization across multiple verticals, including IT Services, Digital Marketing, and Medical Billing.

This is a leadership opportunity for a high-performing sales professional with a proven track record in driving revenue growth, leading high-performing teams, and expanding business operations in the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company growth objectives
  • Lead and mentor Sales Managers and cross-functional sales teams across multiple service lines
  • Drive revenue generation, client acquisition, and market expansion initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and optimize sales performance
  • Present sales forecasts, reports, and strategic insights to executive leadership
  • Establish KPIs and performance metrics to ensure accountability and growth
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and delivery teams for business alignment
  • Oversee sales training, team development, and departmental budgeting

Requirements:
-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience
-Strong background in IT Services, Digital Marketing, Healthcare, or Medical Billing industries
- Proven experience managing large sales teams and achieving aggressive revenue targets
-Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and strategic planning skills
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot

Key Performance Goals:

  • Achieve 20%+ annual revenue growth
  • Increase new client acquisitions by 30% annually
  • Expand into at least two new markets per year
  • Ensure sales teams consistently meet or exceed targets
