What You’ll Do

  • Set the strategy – Develop and execute annual sales plans that align with revenue and occupancy goals.
  • Lead with impact – Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, building a culture of accountability and growth.
  • Drive market success – Lead segmentation strategies across corporate, group, leisure, and travel trade.
  • Build partnerships – Cultivate long-term relationships with corporations, agencies, travel buyers, and group planners.
  • Maximize performance – Partner with Revenue and Marketing to align pricing, forecasting, and campaigns.
  • Represent with pride – Be the face of Desai at trade shows, networking events, and site visits.
  • Show results – Maintain reporting through CRM (Delphi preferred) and present insights to leadership.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of progressive hospitality sales experience, with at least 1+ years in a senior leadership role
  • Proven ability to lead teams and consistently exceed revenue targets
  • Strong knowledge of market segmentation, client lifecycle, and sales systems
  • A strategic mindset with confidence in pitching, negotiating, and closing high-value accounts
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Delphi preferred) and MS Office/Google Workspace
  • Flexibility to travel and meet opportunity where it is
