Position: Director of Sales & Marketing

Location: Hyatt Regency Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales & Marketing to lead our upscale hospitality brand in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in luxury hotel sales and marketing within the GCC region, preferably Saudi Arabia, with proven success in driving commercial results while upholding brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales, marketing, and communication strategies across all segments including corporate, government, leisure, MICE, F&B, and events.
• Lead and inspire a high-performing sales and marketing team, fostering accountability and innovation.
• Strengthen relationships with key accounts and partners, positioning Hyatt Regency Riyadh as the preferred choice for travelers.
• Enhance brand visibility through PR, digital, and social media campaigns aligned with global initiatives.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to proactively adjust strategies.
• Collaborate with General Manager, Revenue, and Operations teams to ensure sustainable growth.

Qualifications:

• Native or fluent professional English (spoken and written).
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
• Experience with leading international hotel brands.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
• Culturally sensitive with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
