The Village at Bellevue is a warm and inviting Assisted Living and Memory Care community, renowned for its compassionate service, meaningful connections, and exceptional resident experiences. We are seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven Sales and Marketing Director to lead our outreach efforts, build referral partnerships, and guide prospective residents and families through their decision-making process with warmth and professionalism. The Sales and Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive occupancy and increase market visibility for the community.
Responsibilities
- Build, strengthen, and maintain strong relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral sources to generate leads and drive sales.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including internal and external events, and community outreach.
- Qualify prospects, convert qualified prospects to tours, and convert tours to deposits and move-ins using the sales process
- Conduct engaging and informative tours, discover conversations to showcase our unique offerings, and follow up with prospective residents and their families.
- Track and analyze sales data, manage CRM activity, monitor occupancy trends, and report on marketing and sales performance to meet and exceed occupancy goals.
- Collaborate with the management team to continuously improve and enhance the resident experience.
- Serve as the community's primary sales representative, ensuring each family has a warm, personalized, and seamless experience from first inquiry to move-in.
- Stay knowledgeable about senior living competition, industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes to adapt sales and marketing strategies accordingly.
- Partner with the Executive Director and the leadership team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts, customer experience, and community operations.
Qualifications
- Must have proven success in senior living sales and marketing, admissions, or healthcare outreach, and must have Assisted Living/Memory Care experience.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish positive relationships with residents, families, and referral sources.
- Confidence in conducting tours, asking discovery questions, and guiding families through emotional and financial decisions.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize leads, and manage sales pipelines effectively.
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and marketing tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
