Role Purpose:
The Director of Sales is a revenue architect and brand custodian responsible for driving topline performance across all revenue-generating verticals—including Wellheal, Wellcomm, Wellfood, and Wellhome. This role owns the execution of the sales and marketing strategy with a singular mandate: maximize revenues, market penetration, and brand equity across leisure, wellness, lifestyle, and long-stay segments.
This is not a maintenance role. It requires a hunter mindset, strong commercial judgment, and the ability to convert brand vision into sustained revenue performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Commercial Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Design, own, and execute the integrated Sales & Marketing strategy aligned with business objectives, budgets, and KPIs.
- Work closely with the General Manager to develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies across accommodation and wellness verticals.
- Continuously track performance against revenue targets and take decisive corrective actions when required.
- Analyze market trends, demand drivers, and competitive intelligence to identify new revenue opportunities and client segments
Business Development & Client Relationships
- Build, deepen, and monetize relationships with corporates, HNIs, wellness seekers, medical tourism partners, travel agents, and long-stay clients.
- Lead tour series contracting and negotiated partnerships.
- Organize and personally conduct site inspections, familiarization (FAM) trips, and client walkthroughs.
- Represent the brand at trade fairs, mall activations, tourism events, and industry forums at local and national levels.
- Organize curated on-site and off-site client entertainment to strengthen client loyalty and conversion.
Digital, Brand & Distribution Management
- Manage and optimize performance across third-party channels, OTAs, promotional platforms, and distribution partners.
- Oversee the brand’s digital footprint, including website content, promotional campaigns, and social media presence.
- Ensure timely, professional engagement across all digital platforms and maintain a consistent brand narrative.
- Develop and execute local advertising initiatives to promote Wellfood and Wellheal services.
- Organize and manage influencer visits aligned with brand positioning and ROI objectives.
Marketing Assets & Brand Governance
- Own the end-to-end management of all promotional collateral, from concept and copy to design, print, and deployment.
- Ensure all materials strictly comply with brand guidelines and positioning standards.
- Maintain current, impactful in-house promotional materials supporting active campaigns and launches.
CRM, Reporting & Governance
- Own and maintain the guest and client database, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Ensure all client interactions, quotations, contracts, and correspondence are tracked, documented, and auditable.
- Submit weekly Sales & Marketing activity and performance reports to the General Manager with clear insights and action points.
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performance Sales & Marketing team through coaching, mentoring, and accountability.
- Conduct weekly snapshot meetings to review performance, pipeline health, and forward plans.
- Monitor individual and team performance through structured activity and conversion reports.
- Foster strong cross-departmental collaboration to ensure alignment between operations, wellness, food, and guest experience teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven sales leadership experience within hotel apartments, hospitality, wellness, lifestyle real estate, or luxury services.
- Strong understanding of multi-revenue stream environments beyond room sales.
- Demonstrated ability to build markets, not just manage accounts.
- Commercially astute, data-driven, and execution-focused.
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
