Role Overview

The Director of Security Tech will be responsible for leading the company’s security technology division, ensuring the design, deployment, and maintenance of advanced systems. This role requires technical expertise, strategic vision, and strong leadership to align security initiatives with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of advanced security technology solutions.
• Oversee system design, integration, and maintenance across projects.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, cybersecurity protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, IT, and operations teams to deliver seamless solutions.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare detailed reports for senior leadership.
• Drive innovation in security technologies, automation, and infrastructure resilience.
• Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.
• Mentor and guide technical teams to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in security technology or IT infrastructure, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in designing and managing advanced security systems.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, compliance standards, and emerging technologies.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RO2,600.000 per month
