Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee service delivery operations across the organization
• Develop strategies to improve service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
• Manage operational performance, KPIs, and service standards
• Lead and mentor regional managers and operational teams
• Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in service delivery, operations, logistics, or transportation management
• Proven leadership experience managing large teams and service operations
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience driving operational performance and customer satisfaction
• MBA or relevant professional certification is an advantage
