Accredited Home Elevator is a private equity-backed residential elevator company with over three decades of operating history. We serve homeowners, luxury custom builders, and remodeling contractors across New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Florida installing, repairing, and maintaining premium home elevator systems. We run with the rigor, systems, and growth ambition of a best-in-class home services company.
We are building a new role to own and grow our service revenue division. This is not an elevator industry role it is a home services sales execution role. We are looking for a proven operator from HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or broader home services trades who has built a service sales engine before: maintenance agreements, repair conversion, system upgrade revenue, and technician-enabled selling.
You will handle both Strategy and execution. You will not be handed a strategy to manage you will build it, run it, and execute it every single day.
This role reports directly to the CEO and sits on the operating leadership team, working alongside the Service Director and other department heads. You will have real authority, real visibility, and real accountability for results.
What You Will Own
Service Agreements & Recurring Revenue
- Own the maintenance contract growth motion — prospecting, presenting, and closing service agreements across our existing customer base and new leads.
- Build a structured outreach program targeting homeowners and builders not yet on a service plan.
- Design and execute bundling strategies that attach service agreements at the point of new elevator installation — capturing lifetime value before the truck leaves the driveway.
- Track renewal rates, lapse risk, and agreement portfolio growth as primary KPIs reported to the CEO.
Repair & Modernization Revenue Conversion
- Partner with service technicians to convert diagnosed repair needs and upgrade recommendations into closed revenue — the same motion a great HVAC service sales operator runs every day.
- Build a consistent, trackable follow-up and close process for repair and modernization opportunities surfaced by the field team.
- Develop pricing presentation tools and customer communication templates that make it easy for techs to hand off and easy for customers to say yes.
- Identify patterns in repair data to proactively target aging systems for modernization outreach.
ServiceTitan Operations
- Own the service sales workflow inside ServiceTitan end-to-end: pipeline management, agreement tracking, follow-up automation, and gross margin reporting.
- Partner with leadership to complete the ServiceTitan service module buildout, including agreement templates, pricing configuration, and dispatch-to-sales handoff workflows.
- Produce regular pipeline and revenue reports with the forecast accuracy that supports operational and financial planning.
Field Team Coaching & Revenue Culture
- Coach CSR’s and service technicians on customer communication, needs identification, and the handoff process — turning every incoming call and service visit into a revenue touchpoint
- Build a simple, repeatable system that makes it easy for technicians to surface opportunities and for you to close them.
- Collaborate with the install team to make post-installation service agreement enrollment standard, not optional.
What We’re Looking For
Required
- 5+ years in a hands-on service revenue role in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or similar home services trades — executing the playbook, not overseeing it from above
- Proven success growing maintenance agreement portfolios and driving recurring revenue
- Hands-on experience with ServiceTitan
- Experience coaching field technicians to identify and hand off revenue opportunities
- Strong understanding of service pricing, gross margin management, and pipeline accountability
Strongly Preferred
- Experience in a PE-backed or high-growth home services environment
- Experience managing service revenue across multiple geographic markets
- Track record building a service sales function where one did not previously exist
No elevator industry experience required. We will teach you the product. You bring the execution.

First 90 Days
- Assess the current maintenance agreement portfolio, renewal rates, and churn risk. Identify the largest gaps between installed base and contract coverage.
- Get fully operational in ServiceTitan. Establish complete pipeline visibility, proposal tracking, and close-rate reporting.
- Implement a structured, trackable follow-up process for repair and modernization proposals. Close the gap between diagnosed opportunities and closed revenue.
- Ride along with technicians. Assess current opportunity identification and handoff processes. Build improvements based on what you see in the field — not from behind a desk.
