We’re looking for a Director of Social Media and Brand Ambassadors to help us activate the incredible community that already exists around our brands.

This role will help build a national grassroots marketing engine powered by schools, families, coaches, and students.

This position is based in Cleveland, Ohio.

  • Serves nearly 5,000 schools nationwide

Inside those schools are thousands of natural brand advocates:

  • PTA and PTO leaders
  • parents and families
  • coaches and athletic directors
  • student athletes and team captains

These people already believe in what we do.

Now we want to help them tell their stories.

Your Mission

Build and lead a nationwide ambassador program that transforms our school communities into the most authentic marketing network in education.

You will activate:

  • PTA and PTO leaders promoting school supply kits
  • Parents and families sharing back-to-school moments
  • Spirit wear customers showing their school pride
  • Coaches and athletic directors celebrating their programs
  • Student athletes and team captains inspiring their classmates

Your job is to turn this community into a powerful content engine that spreads across social media.

What You'll Do

Build a National Ambassador Network

Recruit and activate ambassadors across:

  • PTA/PTO organizations
  • parent communities
  • spirit wear customers
  • coaches and athletic directors
  • high school athletes and team captains

Create programs that encourage schools and families to share authentic experiences with our products.

Create Content Yourself

This role is not just about managing content.

You will create it.

You will:

  • Film, edit, and publish social media content
  • Capture real moments from schools and communities
  • Tell stories that highlight families, students, and coaches
  • Be comfortable serving as on-camera talent when appropriate

Get Out in the Field

Some of the best stories won’t come from behind a desk.

You’ll visit:

  • schools
  • athletic programs
  • PTA/PTO leaders
  • families and customers

to capture authentic stories and moments that bring our brand to life.

Launch Creative Social Initiatives

You will develop engaging social campaigns such as:

  • Coach Pep Talk Series
  • Player of the Week features
  • School Spirit spotlights
  • Back-to-school family moments
  • Student creator collaborations

Help Promote a Meaningful Cause

You’ll also help promote The Meadows Turkey Bowl, a charity football event raising funds for brain cancer research. This event is deeply personal to our company and reflects our belief that businesses should use their platform to help others.

The right person for this role is a creator, storyteller, and community builder.

  • Can film, edit, and publish social media content yourself
  • Are comfortable being on camera when needed
  • Enjoy meeting people and telling their stories
  • Understand how social media communities grow
  • Are energized by grassroots marketing and authentic storytelling
  • Have an entrepreneurial mindset and enjoy building something new

What Success Looks Like in Year One

The right leader will help us:

  • Launch a nationwide school ambassador program
  • Activate thousands of PTA leaders, parents, coaches, and students
  • Generate daily authentic content from schools across the country
  • Build social channels that reflect the energy of real school communities
  • Turn our brands into the most trusted voices in school communities

Location

This role is based in Cleveland, Ohio.

We are open to candidates nationwide, but relocation to Cleveland will likely be required.
