Stone Ground Bakery and Wheat Montana are seeking a dynamic Director of Supply Chain & Procurement to lead procurement, logistics, and inventory operations across our bakery, mill, and deli locations. This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the CFO, with the opportunity to drive innovation, sustainability, and efficiency in sourcing and supply chain management.

What You’ll Do:

Lead procurement strategies for key ingredients (flour, yeast, oil), packaging, freight, and consumables.
Build and manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and secure favorable terms.
Oversee transportation and distribution to ensure timely deliveries across all sites.
Optimize inventory systems using our ERP (Aptean) to reduce waste and improve availability.
Collaborate cross-functionally with production, QA, and finance to align supply chain goals.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support business growth.
Lead a diverse team across procurement, logistics, warehouse, and inventory functions.

What You Bring:

7+ years of experience in procurement/supply chain, ideally in the food or bakery industry.
4+ years of leadership experience managing high-performance teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field (Master’s or certifications like CSCP/CPSM preferred).
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in inventory systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel up to 25% with overnight stays.
