Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute a global Talent Acquisition strategy aligned to business priorities, growth, and transformation.

  • Coach, mentor, and develop the Talent Acquisition team to build skills, drive performance, and support individual growth.

  • Lead executive, critical, and transformation hiring, acting as the point recruiter and senior hiring advisor.

  • Define and evolve the TA operating model, resourcing approach, and capability requirements to ensure scalability.

  • Govern global recruitment processes, frameworks, and compliance standards.

  • Sponsor and optimise TA technology, analytics, and reporting, championing AI, automation, and process standardisation.

  • Embed inclusive hiring practices and governance across all recruitment activity, monitoring diversity outcomes.

  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders on hiring feasibility, market conditions, and compensation competitiveness.

  • Strengthen employer brand and talent attraction through targeted engagement, partnerships, and market positioning.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years’ experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting, including multi‑discipline hiring across multiple geographies.

  • 3+ years’ experience leading and developing TA teams.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field

  • Proven experience designing and executing global or multi‑region TA strategies aligned to business priorities.

  • Demonstrated expertise in executive and critical‑role hiring, including search strategy, assessment, and senior stakeholder advisory.

  • Strong knowledge of TA operating models, recruitment governance, process standardisation, and compliance requirements.

  • Experience owning or partnering on TA technology (ATS/CRM), reporting, and analytics, with a track record of driving adoption and optimisation.
