What you will do as the Director of Talent Business Partners:
Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute people strategies in partnership with VP’s and SVP of People and Culture to drive business outcomes and organizational success.
Act as a trusted advisor to business unit leaders, providing insights on workforce planning, talent development, and organizational design.
Partner with COEs (Talent Acquisition, Training, Workforce Management, Compensation, Benefits, HRIS, Payroll) to ensure cohesive delivery of People and Culture services.
Team Leadership
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of People and Culture Business Partners, ensuring they deliver strategic, consultative support to business units.
Supervise and collaborate with the Team Member Relations Investigator to resolve complex Team Member relations matters and identify trends requiring intervention.
Establish performance goals and metrics for the PCBP team and Team Member Relations Investigator, ensuring accountability and alignment with organizational priorities.
Team Member Relations & Compliance
Oversee the Team Member Relations Investigator in managing sensitive and complex Team Member relations issues, ensuring timely, fair, and legally compliant resolutions.
Partner with PCBPs and the Team Member Relations Investigator to address systemic trends in Team Member relations, recommending and implementing proactive measures to mitigate risks.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and People and Culture policies across business units.
Workforce Planning & Talent Management
Support workforce planning initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational growth and succession planning.
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition COE to develop hiring strategies that address both immediate and long-term workforce needs.
Partner with the Training COE to support leadership development and address skill gaps within business units.
Team Member Engagement & Culture
Analyze engagement data, identify trends, and work with PCBPs and team member Relations Investigator to create action plans that enhance team member engagement and retention.
Connect with leaders to identify areas effecting team member engagement and partner with COE’s to put plans in place to drive team member satisfaction.
Organizational Development & Change Management
Partner with the People and Culture leadership and the business to drive change management initiatives, including organizational restructuring, technology implementation, and policy rollouts.
Create scalable frameworks and processes to support organizational growth and People and Culture service delivery in partnership with People and Culture leadership.
Data Analytics & Insights
Leverage HRIS and other tools to provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
Track and analyze People and Culture metrics, including Team Member relations trends, turnover rates, and performance outcomes, to inform strategy and decision-making.

Key attributes we're seeking as the Director of Talent Business Partners are:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
10+ years of progressive People and Culture experience, including strategic HRBP leadership and Team Member relations.
Strong experience in managing Team Member relations investigations and partnering with business leaders to address workplace challenges.
Expertise in workforce planning, talent management, organizational development, and compliance.
Proficiency in Human Resource systems (HRIS) and data analytics for strategic decision-making.
Strong leadership, coaching, and influencing skills.
Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and People and Culture best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR).
Experience leading HRBPs and Team Member relations specialists in a multi-location, diverse, high-volume organization.
Proven track record of driving cultural transformation and fostering Team Member engagement.
