  • Ensure content is practical, clear, and immediately applicable in hospital environments

Leader Enablement & Field Partnership

  • Partner with Regional Operations Directors (RODs), Regional Medical Directors (RMDs), and hospital leaders to reinforce learning in the flow of work
  • Build manager and leader toolkits that support coaching, accountability, and skill application
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to field leadership on learning needs, gaps, and solutions

Measurement & Continuous Improvement

  • Define and track learning success metrics tied to business and people outcomes (e.g., retention, engagement, readiness, execution)
  • Use data and feedback to iterate programs and improve relevance and impact
  • Evaluate learning investments and prioritize efforts with the highest return for teammates and hospitals

Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Lead and develop a team of learning professionals (facilitation, program management)
  • Establish clear operating rhythms, prioritization, and quality standards
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with field and home office stakeholders

Systems & Infrastructure
