Job Overview

HoshiTech Consulting & Engineering is seeking a highly experienced Director of Technology Delivery & Transformation (PMO Lead) to oversee enterprise-wide program execution, digital transformation initiatives, and large-scale software delivery across multiple engineering and product teams.

This is a senior executive-level opportunity , ideal for a leader who can bridge business strategy with technical execution, scale delivery frameworks, and drive organizational transformation in a fast-paced consulting environment.

You will play a key role in shaping how technology programs are delivered across the organization, ensuring excellence in governance, execution, and cross-functional alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and govern all strategic technology programs across the organization
• Establish and scale PMO frameworks, standards, and delivery governance models
• Oversee cross-functional execution across Engineering, Product, DevOps, and QA teams
• Define program strategy, roadmap alignment, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Manage enterprise risk, dependencies, and delivery performance metrics
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical execution outcomes
• Drive Agile transformation and continuous improvement across delivery teams
• Report program performance to executive leadership and stakeholders
• Lead organizational change management for large-scale transformation initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of experience in Program Management, PMO leadership, or Technology Delivery leadership
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale digital transformation programs
• Strong background in software engineering, IT governance, or technical operations
• Deep expertise in Agile, Scaled Agile (SAFe), or hybrid delivery frameworks
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing large cross-functional teams and multi-million-dollar portfolios
• Proficiency with enterprise tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in consulting, enterprise IT, or global technology organizations
• Cloud platform exposure (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, or SAFe certifications
• Experience working with international clients and distributed teams
• Background in digital transformation strategy or enterprise architecture
