This is a senior role for which the candidate must have 10–15+ years progressive technology leadership experience, preferably across multi-site operations (hospitality/F&B/catering exposure highly advantageous). Astute in demonstrated delivery of digitisation, innovation and transformation programs with measurable business outcomes. Strong commercial and governance mindset (business cases, vendor negotiations, risk management). Working knowledge of cybersecurity and enterprise architecture; confident in engaging senior leadership and auditors.
