Summary

The Director of Warehouse Leadership & Performance is responsible for leading warehouse managers, strengthening accountability, and driving performance across the warehouse network. This role serves as the primary people leader for warehouse operations and ensures managers are effectively executing operational standards.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Directly lead and develop warehouse managers.
• Establish performance expectations and accountability systems.
• Conduct performance reviews and development planning.
• Coach managers on operational execution and leadership.
• Drive consistency in leadership practices.
• Support succession planning and talent development.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of warehouse or distribution leadership experience.
• 5+ years managing managers required.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent travel between warehouse locations.
• Ability to work within warehouse environments.
• Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Directly supervises Warehouse Managers.
• Responsible for performance management, coaching, and succession planning.
